Hi Everyone!!!!!!

I am an award winning Cake designer and I am  exclusively an  instructor at A & J Cake and Candy Supply in Glendora CA.  

I only book 10 to 12  students per class so I can  keep it small so I can answer any questions you might have or give you the personal attention you might need.  If you like a fun learning environment,  and friendly atmosphere these are the classes for you weather need just a boost to the next level, want to work on your technique or you are just starting out  I can help you.

Syd

2018

First Place Masters Division 2018 Cake in the Annual San Diego Cake Show. It is a multi-tiered black and white fondant cake with an ornate heart with angel wings on top. There is black lace and red roses adorning the other tiers.

2017

First Place 2017 Spectacular Cake Competition Cake at the Annual San Diego Cake Show. It features a fondant man-eating plant on top with a fondant baseball bat smashing into the top of the cake. There are other tiers with smiling lips and yellow ha ha ha on the side. There is a series of news papers at the bottom talking about a wedding being crashed by a famous villain.

2015

a pirate ship cake that won second place in 2015 on the spectacular division of the Annual San Diego Cake Show. It is fondant, though it looks like old wood adorned with brass embellishments and pirate imagery. A fondant ship adorns the top of the cake.

2015

An elegant light blue multi-tiered cake that won best in show in the 2015 grand wedding cake competition at the Annual San Diego Cake Show. It is adorned with white and gold embellishments, white flowers, and a gold dome and Cross at the top of the cake. There are cameos on the other tiers and white columns at the base.

2014

Bronze medal 2014 Grand Wedding Cake at the Annual San Diego Cake Show. It looks like corsets on each tier with masquerade masks laying at the base. There is a gold bird cage, flowers, and fruit made of fondant on the top. Fabric embellishments adorn the sides of the base.

2012

Second Place 2012 Professional Tiered Fondant Cake at the Annual San Diego Cake Show. It is an antique white cake that looks like it is fabric with a long column in the center adorned with grapes and flowers made of fondant.
